Outlined below are the deposit requirements and cancellation policies for each of our trips.
Each trip has a limited number of spaces available and cancellations that result in unused spaces are very costly. We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance.

CALIFORNIA TRIPS
Tuolumne
♦ A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due within seven days of making your reservation.
♦ The final balance is due 60 days before the trip departure date.
◊ If you cancel AFTER the final payment due date, no refunds will be made unless we are able to fill the trip. If we fill the trip, we will refund the amount you have paid (minus the non-refundable deposit).
South Fork American
♦ A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total is due seven days after making your initial reservation.
♦ The final balance is due 30 days before the trip departure date.
◊ If you cancel AFTER the final payment due date, no refunds will be made unless we are able to fill the trip. If we fill the trip, we will refund the amount you have paid (minus the non-refundable deposit).
Middle Fork American
♦ A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total is due seven days after making your initial reservation.

Green/Lodore
♦ A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is due within seven days of making the reservation.
♦ The final balance is due 90 days before the trip departure date.

ALL TRIPS
All of our trips are operated under Special Use Permits which limit the number of people we can take on each trip.
When you reserve space on a trip, we set that space aside for you and we don’t sell it to others. If you cancel your trip and we are unable to refill your space, those limited spaces are lost.
For that reason, our cancellation policy does not allow for a lot of flexibility.
