Guide

He was, and always will be, a U.S. Marine. He has served as an Infantry Platoon Commander, a United Nations Liaison Officer, and Director of Basic Infantry School.

He worked for three years as a security guard, finished in the top 5% of the 1995 Los Angeles Marathon, and rowed Clavey Falls at 5,000 cfs the first time he ever saw it. His hair hasn’t touched his ears since 6th grade and his stomach looks like an endorsement for the Ab-dominator. If you didn’t know about his degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin, or if you hadn’t heard him tell one of his hilarious, self-deprecating tales, or if you’d never seen him on one of our trips making quiche in an apron, you’d think he was the toughest s.o.b. on the face of the Earth.
