GREEK ALL THE WAY.
When I’m not rafting I’m a student at UC Davis. Technically I’m there to study human development, but I spend a lot of time mountain biking, skiing, and rock climbing around the Tahoe area.
The most iconic river location I can find on an ARTA trip is the Mule Creek swimming hole because it looks like something out of a dream. Definitely one of my favorites spots on the rogue.
I’m from Santa Barbara, I loved it because I always had access to the ocean and the mountains.
“Life moves pretty fast, if you don’t stop and look around every once in a while, you could miss it”
Since I popped out the womb. I’ve been surfing and skiing my whole life, backpacking and rock climbing since middle school, and went on my first rafting trip in 2022!
I guide for ARTA for a lot of reasons. I find it really rewarding to introduce people to the outdoors and show them really beautiful places. I also find it really rewarding to work for a nonprofit that helps protect those same places. I also love being outside, and getting to raft rivers and somehow also get paid to do it is just the cherry on top.
