Fly-fishing on the Middle Fork of the Salmon

fly-fishing on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in IdahoThe Middle Fork of the Salmon is home to some of the best cutthroat trout fishing in the west (as well as incredible scenery, great hiking, pictographs, waterfalls, hotsprings, etc. etc). Our fishing trips are specifically designed for fishermen and women who want to get the most out of their experience.

We increase our guide to guest ratio (two or three people per raft) and modify our daily itinerary with one simple goal in mind:

Let’s fish our hearts out.

While fishing from the rafts will be our primary means of success, you can also expect to fish from camp, from our riverside lunch stops, and up the occasional side stream.

This is a great place for accomplished and beginner anglers - all skill levels are welcome. Because of the high guide to guest ratio we will be there to assist, instruct, suggest, encourage or simply sit back and let you fish until you've worn out your casting arm. We'll be there if you want help and we'll be invisible if you don't.

You'll need to bring your own fishing gear (see list), your own camping gear, and your own alcoholic beverages.

This special 5 day fishing trip begins and ends in the rugged cowboy town of Salmon, Idaho.

"I have never caught so many fish in my life - and when I wasn't catching fish I was mesmerized by the scenery. This is heaven! Even for people who don't fish."

Perry Walker
