ARTA PRIVACY POLICY

Our relationship with you is very important to us. We only want to send you information that you want to receive and we don’t want to share your personal information with outside parties if you don’t want us to. We also want you to have the opportunity to receive interesting information about ARTA, our trips, and about related products and services if you desire. Here is what we do with the information you provide us:

Names and phone numbers:

We collect your phone numbers so that we can contact you with questions or updates specifically related to a trip you are signed up for; the more numbers we have, the easier it is for us to keep you updated about the status of your trip and get a hold of you if our plans change. We do not share your phone number with any outside party.

Names and mailing addresses:

About once a year, we mail our general catalog to our internal mailing list. If you do not want to continue to receive mailings directly from ARTA, click here.

Additionally, from time to time, we make our mailing list available to carefully screened companies whose products or services we believe will be of interest to you. If you prefer that we not share your address information with outside companies, click here.

Names and e-mail addresses:

About 3 or 4 times per year, we send out an e-Wave that has information about our trips, tips on packing, helpful trip planning advice, interviews with guides and/or guests and alerts about special trips or last minute deals to our internal list of e-mail subscribers. With each e-Wave, we offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe; if you wish to unsubscribe now, click here.

With each trip, we make a participant list with name and e-mail address available to everyone on the trip. When you fill out your Guest Information Sheet, you will have the opportunity to choose whether you want your information shared or not. If you do not want to share this information with others on your trip, click here.

We do not share e-mail addresses with outside parties.

Names and credit card information:

We use your credit card information to process your deposit and payments. We do not keep a copy on file or give this information to any outside party.
