It seems like a long road from the 180-person metropolis of Big Bend, California to the 450-person settlement of Kullorsuaq, Greenland; especially long when it winds through Santa Barbara,
CA (Bachelor’s Degree in Poli-Sci), Warsaw, NC (Obama campaign), Bozeman, MT (Masters Degree in Public Health), and Washington, DC (Congressional Aide). A seemingly long road, yes, but not a great stretch for Zoe. Growing up wild and free-thinking on a ranch/commune/sustainable farm in the shadow of Mount Shasta and along the banks of the Pit River, she has always been called by a career in public health and a chance to give back to rural communities.

When the destination is clear, the road isn’t long.
