Private-Charter Trips

Imagine: the magic of a river trip and the familiarity of knowing everyone on it.

When you book a Private-Charter Trip with ARTA you get an EXCLUSIVE trip for your group, no obnoxious strangers or petulant teenagers (unless you invite them). Not only do you have the luxury of sharing life-long memories with friends, families & co-workers, you can customize the trip to suit your group's interests; more hiking, layover day, all-vegetarian cuisine, whatever you want we can probably make it happen.

Each river has a specific minimum group size that is needed in order to create a private-charter trip (see table below). If you don't have the minimum necessary, you can still get a discount by signing up as a group, or you can call us (800-323-2782) and see if there are alternatives.

PRIVATE-CHARTER TRIP POLICIES:

Your group is reserving an entire trip that would otherwise be available for others and that we may not be able to refill if you cancel. Therefore, the deposit amounts, final payment due dates, and cancellation policies are different from a regular reservation. Please see our Group Policies for complete details.
