In order to qualify as a Private-Charter Trip you must purchase all of the available spaces for the specific river.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Your group is reserving the entire trip that would otherwise be available to others. If you or members of your group cancel, we may not be able to refill those cancelled spaces. We will work with you should cancellation be necessary, however we may need to enforce the following policies:

• All cancellations of group or charter reservations are subject to a per person cancellation fee equal to one half of the deposit amount.
  
• The balance of the deposit or full-fare is refundable, provided written notice of the cancellation is received by ARTA prior to the full payment deadlines.
  
• After the final payment deadline, refund will be made only if ARTA is able to refill the cancelled spaces.
